B-17-03
Haduh.. tangan gatal nih.. jadi pengen nulis *halah, tangan gatal khan harusnya digaruk-garuk.. Anyway, kali ini gue mo pake bahasa gahol aja ah… Alesan sebenarnya sih karena barusan gw membaca lima.. yak LIMA buku novel remaja, jadi otak gue itu lagi kemasukan gaya2 menulis anak remaja sekarang.. kira-kira kayak orang make lagi ketagihan tapi gue ngga make yah.. Kalo make baju sama celana dan lain-lain ya iya lah masa’ ya iya dong? Hihihi…
Arggh, tuh kan, jadi ngelantur sendiri.. Gue kali ini pengen nulis tentang tempat tinggal gue di tahun terakhir gue kuliah di negara tetangga, tebak sendiri la yah di mana, gak enak tulis di sini, ntar gue dibilang promosi lah, sok-sokan lah, ngga cinta negara sendiri lah, ini lah, itu lah; soalnya negara itu sering dimusuhi sama negara kita dari dulu… yahh, ketahuan deh dimana.. :)
Gue sama teman-teman gue memanggilnya B-17-03 (bacanya: be, tujuh belas, tiga.. yakkkk, anak-anak sudah pintar menghitung yah..hihihi). Alasan kenapa dibilang B-17-03 karena letaknya di tower B, lantai 17, dan rumah yang ke 3 dari kanan.. Kenapa harus dari kanan, ngga dari kiri? Hmm, kalo itu gue ngga tau deh,, nanyanya ke bang Google aja, siapa tau dia tau.. hehe.
Cerita gue sampe nyasar di sini itu karena kemaren-kemaren itu gue lagi kebingungan cari tempat tinggal,, since harga sembako eh salah, harga sewa kamar naik drastic.. ngg, kayaknya sejak krismon melanda, ngga ada deh harga-harga barang yang suka turun, kecuali celana.. hush, jangan pikiran aneh-aneh yah.. Lagi kebingungan mencari tempat tinggal, gue sama teman gue yang satunya lagi, namanya Dedi (nama samaran) memutuskan untuk mengontrak satu apartment aja, baru cari teman-teman yang lain buat disandera, ehh, maksudnya tinggal bareng-bareng.. so, jadilah, kami mendarat di sini. Hehe.
Di rumah ini, sebenarnya bukan rumah sih, lebih mirip ke apartment.. tapi karena gue-nya yang sok konvensional makanya manggilnya rumah dey, ada 3 kamar, 2 wece, 1 dapur dan waktu gue masih disini, dihuni oleh 5 orang, hmm.. waktu gue pindah juga, keknya masih ada 5 orang yang tinggal di sini deh, hehe… Gue sama Dedi tinggal di kamar yang gede, since badan kita gede-gede,, hmm, apa hubungannya badan sama kamar?? Trus kamar yang letaknya di tengah-tengah, mo diliat dari sisi manapun, kiri, kanan, atas, bawah, sudut biru ataupun sudut merah.. loh? ditempati oleh ababng Rioma (singkatan dari Ridho Rhoma.. karena kemiripan dia sama salah satu artis ibukota) dan 2-H (bacanya dua-ha, soalnya namanya HH, daripada bacanya HaHa, mending disingkat jadi 2-H kan.. hehe).. Sisanya itu kamar kecil di depan, punyanya junior kami, sayangnya karena beda angkatan kita ngga pernah jalan bareng….
OK, cukup tentang penjelasan backgroundnya.. gue sekarang mau menceritakan kenapa gue mau menulis tentang tempat tinggal gue… Itu karena gue lagi berada di sini lagi.. hehehe, setelah sekitar satu setengah tahun meninggalkan tempat ini, gue balik lagi di sini.. walaupun di tempat penulisan yang berbeda, tapi gue lagi berada di kamar gue yang dulu, so-called lagi mengenang masa-masa lalu *cie ilehh.. kayak lagi kasmaran aja, norak abiess gue.. hehe. Sebenarnya ini bukan pertama kali gue balik ke sini sih,, hehe, soalnya April kemaren gue sempat ke sini, November tahun lalu juga.. hehehe, cuman.. nah ini dia, gue merasa, ini udah terakhir kalinya gue bakal ke sini lagi.. yah, secara, teman-teman seangkatan gue udah satu-persatu, lahan-perlahan meninggalkan tempat ini.. so, it’s about time, guys.
Tempat ini sangat berarti bagi gue karena, di sini gue belajar buat sharing-sharingan, mulai dari sharing air minum (padahal di kamar gue itu ada 2 dispenser air lohh..), sharing kamar mandi (tapi ngga mandi bareng yah), sharing AC (ya iyalah, kalo ngga, AC-nya mo dibelah dua gitu.. dodol ahh), sharing pena, kertas, meja (maksudnya, kalo lagi kepepet, yah pinjam punya teman dulu, hehe) dan sharing-sharing yang lain (misalnya baju, celana, handuk, celana dalam… hiyyyy,,, yang terakhir ini ngga banget, hehe, cuma becanda). Trus, di tempat ini, kita suka ngumpul-ngumpul, ehhmmm, bukan buat ngerjain tugas sih, tapi buat maen PS, makan-makan dan minum-minum, bikin video buat teman ultah, rayain teman lagi ultah, numpang mandi, numpang nginap, ketawa ketiwi dan teman-teman sejenisnya.. Makanya, tempat ini sering disebut sebagai markas besar dari group gue.. Kalo ga salah, bahkan nama group gue lahir dari sini juga.. bener ngga sih? Correct me if I’m wrong :)
Anda-anda semua pasti tau dong pepatah lama yang mengatakan, yang namanya pertemuan pasti ada perpisahan.. Nah itu, gue merasa, memikirkan, mempertimbangkan, memfirasat bahwa ini adalah saatnya bagi gue untuk mengatakan sayonara bagi tempat tinggal ini.. Indera ketujuh gue mengatakan, gue udah ngga bakal balik nginap di tempat ini lagi di tahun-tahun kedepan..

Arggh, tuh kan, jadi ngelantur sendiri.. Gue kali ini pengen nulis tentang tempat tinggal gue di tahun terakhir gue kuliah di negara tetangga, tebak sendiri la yah di mana, gak enak tulis di sini, ntar gue dibilang promosi lah, sok-sokan lah, ngga cinta negara sendiri lah, ini lah, itu lah; soalnya negara itu sering dimusuhi sama negara kita dari dulu… yahh, ketahuan deh dimana.. :)
Gue sama teman-teman gue memanggilnya B-17-03 (bacanya: be, tujuh belas, tiga.. yakkkk, anak-anak sudah pintar menghitung yah..hihihi). The past
Looking back at my past, there are several things that I would like to change.
Sometimes I wish I can go back in time so I can prevent those silly mistakes and choose different pathway; that way, I can have better, smoother, more enjoyable life. That should be most people’s wish, shouldn’t it?
When I think about it again, I realize most of the real-life-lesson that I learnt were from those silly mistakes that I made. If I didn’t make those mistakes, I might not know what could happen after that hence, I will never learn. And if I don’t get through those experiences, I won’t be as who I am right now.
I know that some people had not-so-good past but those past shape us and make us who we are today. The next thing that we should do is to learn from it so, we can have a better future because what lies in the future depends on our very own hands.

A burn mark
Yesterday, carelessly my arm touched the heating oven.. the result is of course getting a burn mark. The immediate effect was painful but after I applied some toothpaste, it was better.. Well, I expected to have a burn mark but was quite shocked when I looked at it.. quite big, showing now on my right arm..
I was a lil bit sad, coz now my perfect arm is having a burn mark. I remember what my mum usually said to me, "I gave birth to you perfectly so please take care of yours carefully".. and I sort of not be a good boy..
Because of this little accident, I actually learned two lessons:
1. Because it is very obvious on my right arm, everytime I look into it, I always remember my carelessness.. and it reminds me to be more careful next time
2. It is funny because the painful only has an immediate effect but what's left after that will be attached forever. Now, let's say we do something wrong to somebody.. The person will feel pain immediately but I believe, the same person will always remember what we are doing to them - same with the burn mark, it will never disappear.
Well I guess, we all have to be careful always.. in our thoughts, words, and actions

New semester
After 'having a break' from blogging, now I am back.. he he he,, the most 'lame' excuse is because I have slow internet connection in Indonesia, thus I go online rarely. This time round, I made quite an impressive achievement, only 2 times in 3 weeks.. not anymore addicted to MH =p.
So, now, I am in the beginning of new semester. This is quite different with the previous semesters because 2/3 of my uni friends have done their study and are facing their own path. For sure, there will be less people that online during evening time and, less people to complain about study, assignment and so on; and also, less people to have the same frustation during exam time...
Challenging? Yes. But, that is life, we have to face it no matter what lies in the future.
For those who have done with their study: It is just a beginning to what you are going to face, go and conquer the world...
This new semester, I am quite happy, because few friends are coming here and we can go out together.
P/S: I'm struggling with my new 'Mbp'

Me and my friend
I was having a conversation with my friend and this thought came, so I decided to write it down.
I am not a very socialize person. It is not easy for me to make new friendship and it has never been easy either (and that makes my life difficult sometimes).
I am a type of person who will select my own friend based on my view (a Leo zodiac person always have the thought that they are the best, and that's explain a lot).
Someone can be my friend but it will be just you know my name, you know where I come from and vice versa, and that's it.
The reason why I don't easily make friend is because I don't like hi-bye friendship. I look for a never lasting friend.
For me, my friend are those who will give me hand when I ask for, those who will give me piece of advice when I need it, those who will cheer me when I am down, and those whom I share my joy and story. (psst, some of them know my secrets, so if you want to know about me ask from them =p).
That's why I never look down on my friend, I respect all of them and I don't want to lose any of them because they all are precious for me. Oh yeah, even when I have a so-called girlfriend, my friend will still be in my priority.
Yes we are [friends] and I do like to pass the day with you in serious and inconsequential chatter. I wouldn't mind washing up beside you, dusting beside you, reading the back half of the paper while you read the front. We are friends and I would miss you, do miss you and think of you very often. Human act
Recently, I have a dissapointment on some people.
Many people can/do talk a lot of nice thing but only few of them realise what they say and even lesser, do what they say. Pathetic, isn't it? But that's how human act. We always do that (see the word "we" - means, I am inside the group also). Few excuses that I reckon are common: no time, it's not relevant anymore, forget about it, have to do something more important and still many more. The worst thing is, they don't realise it.
I remember there's an old phrase in Indonesian "tong kosong bunyinya nyaring", translated as people who like to speak out loud usually don't know anything. Then, in modern phrase, there's "mulutmu harimamu" translated as your mouth can be a danger for you (tiger as a symbol of danger).
I know this is hard but, I believe we can do, why? Because we are human who have brain and mind. We [should] think before we act/speak. We adapt to the situation. We change over time. So, why afraid? Why pessimistic? If we believe, YES WE CAN!
By writing this, it doesn't mean I against freedom of speech. I fully support freedom of people to talk, speak and deliver their aspiration. It's just, if you know you cannot fulfill it then, don't say it otherwise it will create dissapointment on other people.

Karma
I want to share experience that I had in the past two weeks.
First is about usb. I remember two weeks ago when I visited library, I found a usb still stick into a computer. The evil thought came, if I take this usb means I can get a new one, or if I keep this usb and wait until the owner post some announcement and reward thingy, I can get something when I return to the owner.
But no, I actually without any hesitation take the usb and give it to the reception desk, and tell the lady that I found someone usb. Not so long after I done that, the owner came and ask me about her usb, so I refer her to the reception desk, and then the story end.
Then, last week on Friday, we had one-hour session in IT Room in Library to do some database searching for our project. I stick my usb and forget to take it back with me. I realized it when I want to do my work but it's kinda late because it's in the evening (yes I know, after I went back from school, I was watching videos and not do my work, typical student, sigh). Because it's going to be weekend, I had to wait until the following week to go and check it in library. All the anxiety and worries came to me, because I have few important journals and documents inside my usb, and if I lost it means I have to start from scratch. So, on Tuesday morning I went to the same room to check it again. Voila, my usb is still stick on the computer, ha ha, I'm still lucky. I know the IT Room is not available everytime to the students but...something that strike me is karma.
At this point, I believe that karma does exist.
When you do good thing to other people without asking for reward; you will be blessed and eventually get even great reward later. And it will happen also when you do bad thing to other people

My friend
I dedicated this writing to a friend of mine, Ms. Elizabeth.
Friend is a gift, treasure it while you can.
It can last forever but, it does not mean they will be available forever.
There are times that you need to work on your own, without help from anyone.
Those obstacles are there to train you to be mature, independent, and be a better person.
It was difficult to accept yet, you make me realize it.
I am really grateful to have friend that not just try to understand me but also, try to make me understand the reality of life.
Thank you for the conversation, thank you for the thought, and thank you because you are my friend.

Does Love Need a Reason?
Lady: Why do you like me..? Why do you love me?
Man: I can't tell the reason.. but I really like you..
Lady: You can't even tell me the reason...How can you say you like me? How can you say you love me?
Man: I really don't know the reason, but I can prove that I love you.
Lady: Proof? No! I want you to tell me the reason. My friend's boyfriend can tell her why he loves her but not you!

Now can you talk? No! Therefore I cannot love you.

Now that you cannot show them, therefore I cannot love you.
Because of your smile, because of your every movements that I love you..
Now can you smile? Now can you move? No, therefore I cannot love you...
If love needs a reason, like now, there is no reason for me to love you anymore.

MHFA training
This is my newest certificate, first in 2010.
Really excited when I received that, don't know why.. but yeah..
With this certificate, I'm qualified to be an RA for next semester/year, but thinking not to apply it anymore, =(
This 12-hours training helps me in understanding several mental health problems and how to deal with those problems.
Not to mention that I have realized that I was in the state of severe depression in the past sadly, I don't know how to deal with it.
Other than that, this training really helpful for people, especially for youngsters and students so they can understand different type of mental health problems and know how to deal with it for first aid assistance.
Really encourage you to attend if you had the chance!

Men facts
Ok.,, i have to admit this one is taken from somewhere else, by someone else.
Somehow I found it interesting, some comments are lil' bit offended i think as a man, some are criticizing men but some are also true!
But hey, we are human, and we have weaknesses (my friend said, cacat excuse - in BM, lol), so I hope you enjoy it..
For all those men who say, Why buy a cow when you can get milk for free. Here's an update for you: Nowadays, 80% of women are against marriage, WHY? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage.
Men are like Laxatives . They irritate the crap out of you.
Men are like. Bananas . The older they get, the less firm they are.
Men are like Weather . Nothing can be done to change them.
Men are like Blenders You need One, but you're not quite sure why
Men are like Chocolate Bars .. Sweet, smooth, & they usually head right for your hips.
Men are like Commercials . You can't believe a word they say.
Men are like Department Stores ... Their clothes are always 1/2 off!
Men are like .. Government Bonds .... They take soooooooo long to mature.
Men are like . Mascara . They usually run at the first sign of emotion.
Men are like Popcorn . They satisfy you, but only for a little while.
Men are like Snowstorms . You never know when they're coming, how many inches you'll get or how long it will last.
Men are like Lava Lamps . Fun to look at, but not very bright.
Men are like Parking Spots All the good ones are taken, the rest are handicapped.

Life is a Trade-Off
Lagi malas ngomong dalam English.
Kemaren ceritanya penulis merencanakan ke Melbourne CBD. Udah bersemangat merencanakan untuk bangun pagi2 demi mengejar bus pertama..eeh tau2nya salah liat jadwal.. Karena hari Sabtu, jadi busnya available mulai jam 7.50.. Jadi naik yang satu ini nih..
Sampai di train station, eh tau2, trainnya nanti ada jam 9.30.. yang sebelumnya udah leave 8.18 jadi ga sempet deh. So, nunggu sejam..
Tiba-tiba gledek, dan hujan turun.. yang akhirnya membuat sistem transportasi down... oh my.. jadi dijadwalkan train bakal terlambat 15 menitan....
Mendekati 9.30, ada se grup dari Gippy yang datang ke train station, tau2nya mereka mo ke CBD, trus setelah nanya2.. mereka merasa bersyukur karena belum terlambat naik keretanya...
Hujan nambah gede nih ceritanya..alhasil, trainnya ga bisa jalan total alias lumpuh, jadi alternatifnya kita di sediain bus khusus..tapi nyari bus drivernya lama banget.. sampe akhirnya kita baru naik di bus udah mo mendekati jam 11.
Sebelum naik bus.. penulis di kenalin ma satu orang Indo yang baru datang.... eh ternyata. he is a friend of friend..hahaha...kata orang, what a small world..
Jadi di dalam bus, kita ngobrol2 lor.. kenalan2.. sampe tukar no telpon...
Sampe di CBD udah mo jam 1...ohmaygad..i'm starving...
Ke apartment teman, trus online bentar, ngecek MH (hehehe...), trus pergi makan di Thai resto..
Makanan yg dipesen banyak..sampai pake take away yg sisa.. n enak2....Harganya juga lumayan koq.. $80.00 ber 3, 4 dishes + rice + drinks. gitu,. abis itu, setelah makan kita ke Melbourne Museum..jalan2 sampai Museumnya tutup trus kita balik ke apartment...
Mandi di apartment temen..setelah itu ke supermarket sebentar..trus balik deh ke train station..
Nunggu train yang 7.30.. datangnya nanti jam 8... o.O..jadi tibanya di train station tujuan udah mo dekat2 jam 10 malam....... karena udah gak ada bus lagi. terpaksa deh naek taxi sndirian pulang.. cuma 10-15an menit sampe di tempat tinggal...hehehe
Some thoughts:
Kalo misalnya, penulis berpikiran gila n manggil taxi pagi2 buat ke train station.. maybe bisa sampe di CBD lebih cepat dari yg sebenarnya... Bisa jalan2 lebih banyak..bisa lakuin lebih banyak.. ga bakal kelaparan.. bisa juga pulang lebih awal....
Tapi, nambah expenses, karena fare naek taxi itu = fare naek kereta dari sini ke CBD.. jadi kalo dihitung = 3x naek train bolak balik Morwell - CBD. Trus, ga bakal kenal ma anak baru ini... ga punya temen baru deh...
